🌎 Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?
Your order is prepared and shipped by our professional print partner. Most orders ship within 72 hours and arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local holidays.

Do you charge for shipping?
Nope! Shipping is free to the United States and many international destinations including Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia, and Latin America. You can see the full list during checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or local taxes?
If you're ordering from outside the UK or EU, your package may be subject to customs fees. We don’t control these charges and cannot predict the cost. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

What kind of paper do you use?
We use Giclée printing on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, one of the finest papers for photography. It offers exceptional depth, vibrant colors, and archival quality.

What is a Giclée print?
Giclée (zhee-CLAY) is a high-end printing method that uses pigment-based inks for long-lasting results. Our studio uses the latest technology to ensure gallery-quality prints.

What sizes are available for fine art prints?
We offer four carefully selected sizes to fit standard frames. Each print includes a small white border for safe handling and easy framing:

S (Small): 8 x 12 in (23 x 33 cm) — total size approx. 9 x 13 in
M (Medium): 16 x 24 in (46 x 66 cm) — total size approx. 18 x 26 in
L (Large): 24 x 36 in (69 x 99 cm) — total size approx. 27 x 39 in
XL (Extra Large): 40 x 60 in (102 x 152 cm) — total size approx. 40 x 60 in

Note: White borders are added for easy framing: 0.5 inches for S, 1 inch for M, and 1.5 inches for L. XL no white border included

Do prints come framed?
No, we believe framing is a personal choice. We recommend consulting with a local framer to match your space and style.

What is a certificate of authenticity?
Each limited edition print includes a signed certificate with the title, edition number, production date, and a matching hologram to verify its authenticity.

💧 Gifts & Everyday Collections

Do mugs, water bottles, and tote bags ship together with prints?
No. Our gift items (mugs, stainless steel bottles, etc.) are fulfilled separately. They usually ship out in 2–4 business days.

Are your water bottles eco-friendly?
Yes! Our Legacy Waters Collection features stainless steel bottles that are durable, reusable, and designed to promote water conservation with every use.

What makes your products special?

🔄 Returns & Satisfaction

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print or item is damaged, please notify us within 36 hours of receiving it. We’ll need photo evidence, and we’ll happily send a free replacement or issue a refund once the item is returned.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of limited edition fine art, we only offer refunds for damaged or defective items. However, we’ll always try to make things right—your satisfaction matters to us.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes! You can pay using PayPal or major credit cards through Shopify’s secure 256-bit encryption system. Your information is safe with us.
