Refund policy

For limited edition prints, We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies only if a print is damaged, or the order is faulty. After delivery, you have 48 hours to notify me, we will need evidence of damage to the artwork before processing your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@ana-s-camerawork.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

For other Products, you have the right to cancel and return the order for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery of the Product. You must inform us of the decision to cancel the order by sending us written notice before the cancellation period expires. You can contact us at help@ana-s-camerawork.com. Within 30 days of notification of your decision to cancel the order, you must also return the product to us using the return address indicated on the original package in which the order was delivered. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Within 14 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel the order, we will, without undue delay, issue a refund for the Product and shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard shipping type we offer). We may delay the refund until the Product has been returned or we have received proof that the Product has been returned, whichever comes first. The refund will be made to your payment method used by you when placing the order. You may be liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the Product.
